Important: school attendance boundaries and eligibility can change, and they can vary by address. Use this page as a starting point, then confirm the current attendance area for a specific property directly with the school division before you buy.
These are two different things, and we keep them separate on every page.
On our school pages, the neighbourhoods we list are the ones within about 1.5 km of the school, measured from the school's location using live MLS® listing locations. They are a proximity guide, not an attendance boundary.
Saskatoon Public Schools says its secondary schools (collegiates) operate with open boundaries, so families can register at the collegiate of their choice. Most of its elementary schools are also open-boundary, except schools restricted to area residents (Colette Bourgonje and Sylvia Fedoruk). Busing may not be available to students who live outside a school's designated area. Source: Saskatoon Public Schools registration page.
Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools publishes PDF maps of its catchment areas and boundaries for English and French Immersion schools, plus an address lookup, on its Our Schools page. Its high schools host Grade 8 students from the elementary schools in their area. Check your address there, or call the division, before relying on a boundary.
Outside Saskatoon, public schools in communities such as Warman and Martensville are part of Prairie Spirit School Division, and Catholic schools there are part of Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools. See our Warman and Martensville guides for the schools in each city.

About school boundaries: School attendance boundaries and eligibility can change. The information on this page is a starting point for your home search and should not replace confirmation with the applicable school division. Always verify the current attendance area for a specific property before making a purchase decision. School details were last checked against Saskatoon Public Schools and Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools sources in October 2026. Listings come live from the MLS® and change daily.
